Sunday Salmon and Stuff

I did these Stacked Sweet Potatoes last weekend and had to do again
Getting cozy on the egg at 400° indirect Had some frozen salmon fillet so I thawed and marinated in soy,garlic,ginger,chives and lemon juice for 30mins and now on the CI griddle in the small at 400° Once that all was done I started dessert on the large cause it was set up for indirect. Split pears that were hollowed out and had walnuts,honey and cinnamon on top Plated main course And finished pears Thanks for looking.
