    Finally get to see that bad boy in action some real action. I have seen the xl at an Eggfest, but not cooking that quantity of meat. That's a lot of MEAT. thanks for sharing man. Keep the pictures coming.

    We have found it quite easy to control the temperature.. but we did have the coals go out while unattended overnight outside...

    These are going to on the grill Friday night.. just picked them up and they're thawing now :D

    That is some impressive cooks. 32 racks, that's almost 1/2 rack a person. Nice to see someone getting a lot of use out of a XXL.
