Just Sold the Small to get the Mini Max!

I just sold my small Egg for $250 and will be getting the Mini Max shortly. I am glad I won't have to haul that small around any more I will miss him though, it is going to a friend so I can visit from time to time.

    Congrats on the minimax! Sounds like the friend got a great deal and you'll have visiting time to catch up with the small! I decided to go with the mini for now.

    Ouch. Just called the mothership to see if they would have them available before 11/1 for locals. He said they have pushed it back to end of November beginning of December.

    I'm still betting Nov 1st the distributor s will start seeing them. The clerk at the mother ship has about as much knowledge as we do as the release date. Just my .02 I would dough that the higher ups at bge told the retail clerks when the release date is.

    @badinfluence you do understand that the warehouse is the retail store right? They walk through 1 door and all the eggs are right there. He knew they were scheduled for 11/1 and said the date had been pushed. Pretty sure none of us are gonna seen the MM in November.

    Lit, that isn't entirely true. The warehouse moved out for distributors to a different location a couple years ago.

    Well they have a warehouse of eggs in the back still. Atleast they did when I got my XL there like a year ago. Either way its silly to think the guy at the retail store doesn't know the release date. Pretty sure he answers that question multiple times a day.

    @Lit‌ I was told first week of November for delivery (I just spoke to them yesterday). That sucks that it's getting pushed AGAIN.

    Salado TX & 30A  FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

    Good thing is I'm not in a huge hurry for the mini max as camping season is over for me this season. As long as I have it before may of 2015 I'm good to go. I can see where everyone is getting a little upset by now but bge did the same thing with the xxl saying it was coming and over a year latter it was and as far as I am aware I'm the only one on here that bought one. :(
