Bacon Cheeseburger Fatty

Hmm, ground beef, bacon, cheese, and some Dizzy Pig Cow Lick for good measure?

Sure, why not?

First the bacon weave:

Then 1.5# of ground beef, some Colby Jack and Mild Cheddar cheese, dusted with Dizzy Pig Cow Lick:

Rolled the beef up and patched any holes. Placed on the bacon weave, wrapped up and tucked in:

Got the small fired with Hasty Bake (Ozark Oak I hear) lump and a nice chuck of Pecan for smoke:

On at around 265* dome.Will adjust as needed to hit desired finish time.

Big Brother XL is fired as well to handle grilling duties in a bit.

I think some squash, potatoes, burgers, and hot dogs are on the menu as well.

The wind has died down here and it's a great afternoon to babysit some smoking eggs.
