Todays cook... double-decker smoked wings

Just took me a little "cheater" off the egg for "quality assurance" testing and these babies are really tasty before saucing. Simple salt, pepper, garlic powder and Goya Adobo rub. Smoked with cherry and hickory at 250 for 3 hours. Next up, remove from BGE, cut and sauce.
