    The only problem with the mini is its not very portable. I had to buy a carrier to move it around. ;)

    @Mickey. ..cooked brats and vac sealed individually with the candied jalapeños. Took on the road this week. Awesome dinner.

    Have you had success doing a low and slow pork shoulder on the mini?

    I'm wanting something to take to the lake and the beach with the only premise being pulled pork.  Thanks!
