Great Flank steak tonight

Cut slits in flank steak and Marinated for 3 hrs. Honey, soy, red wine vinegar, garlic, pepper, lime, and cilantro. Then rubbed with pepper and sea salt minutes prior to cook. 450 direct about 3-4 each side. Turned out pretty damn good. Had some sliced sweet potatoes my wife wiped up. My Lab Duke doesn't get any, but this is the sign of a good meal in my house!!!imageimageimageimageimage
