    it's about "..ish" time..temp is 201 on the brisket..feeling nice and loose..gonna give it 15 more minutes

    I'd pull it if it's feeling nice and loose.  Just in case, 203 isn't a magic number you have to get to.  It can feel good at 198.   When it's done, it's done.

    Thanks brother man...this forum is great. Cazzy was there for me ....I was getting a bit anxious this morning after 14 hours on the Egg...but hey it turned out after I turned up the Egg and got through the Stall....
