We've got company for the weekend

so, I've got some cooks planned. Simple for tonight after a 15 hr. day. Chicken quarters w/ kosher salt and ground pepper 275℉ raised direct till almost completely done then flipped skin side down and bumped to 500℉. Zucchini and yellow squash with EVOO, kosher salt & fresh ground pepper with a lil Yuengling for steaming.

Complete.

Tomorrow AM I'll P/U her Bday cake (custom) @Publix and some other odds & ends and then back to.the egg shortly thereafter. No L&S planned. Stand the eff by. This is no lollipop weekend.
