Kickin' off Friday Night Y'all

We've got company for the weekend :) so, I've got some cooks planned. Simple for tonight after a 15 hr. day. Chicken quarters w/ kosher salt and ground pepper 275℉ raised direct till almost completely done then flipped skin side down and bumped to 500℉. Zucchini and yellow squash with EVOO, kosher salt & fresh ground pepper with a lil Yuengling for steaming.
