EVO Question

I've read many references to EVO, I assume it's a seasoning, perhaps not available in Canada. Google is not helping. Can some helpful soul post a picture and also where I may find myself some.I'll be in the U.S. next weekend (buffalo NY area picking up my Woo and Pizza hardware). It seems to be very popular.

When I worked at the food plant, a couple of the other maintenance guys made an acronym sheet to help out the new hires. By the time it was finished there were 20 pages double spaced. Holy crap!
