Brisket and Chili

Hey guys! Haven't been around much the last week or so...the XL was feeling neglected, so I wanted to make it up.

13lbs USDA Choice Walmart special going on in a few minutes. Got the egg loaded with oak and cherry. Going to shoot for 250-275 dome with my AR and drip pan. **please excuse my poss poor trim job on the fat cap**

When we are done (hoping for 11-noon tomorrow) were wrapping for FTC then a little served as an appetizer, the rest added to the chili recipe that I got from @EggObsessed‌ post a while back. Thanks in advance for the recipe and I'm sure it's going to be great. Here's a few pics to get you started.
