    Damn man, that was almost as high quality on the grill as Ameer has been producing on the field.  Nicely Done!!
    I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
    Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    @saluki2007‌ thanks man! Yep I definitely got brisket juices on my Nebraska jersey. And the next day got some of the sticky lollipop marinade on my Denver AFC Champs shirt. No worries already laundered B-)
    @smokesniffer‌ Thank you. I stagger the wood chunks from the bottom to top throughout the lump. I believe there were 10 chunks of oak in total.

    Let's hope if they meet in the  Super Bowl, it's more like last game, instead of last February's game.  As much as I enjoyed Seattle's domination, I would have liked a better game... like last week.  Love the brisket pics too!  Keep em coming!

    The Party Monster is my oldest son. SGH JR. Here he is high, drunk, sun burned and passed out with a mouthful of tobacco. When it comes to drugs and alcohol he has no stop button. Hence the-Party Monster moniker.
