Thanks for the kind words. @lousubcap is right that I've been smoking on different cookers for a few years. Lately my Brisket has improved with each cook better than the last. I'm getting my technique down but know there's always room for improvement. Enjoying this forum and all it has to offer.Barrie,Ont.,Canada.
