I finally tried my first Cowboy Ribeye and it was stupendous, stumendous, sturoarous. Don't know why I didn't try one earlier, lol.

This was reversed sear with a chunk of Red Oak for giggles. I rubbed it with kosher salt and Dizxy Pig Red Eye Express. There was enough for me and my Hetero lifemate with left overs to spare for this morning's breakfast casserole.XL, Large, Medium, and Mini Max
