The chops look first rate. I clicked on the pictures below and saw the a First Salado Gathering (now EggFest). We are getting ready for #5 and hope you can make it.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Just given a Mini to add to the herd.

Not magic.......these came from Costco....I rubbed with Montreal Steak Seaoning and grilled over Mesquite charcoal to get the color then added a handful of cherry chips, move to indirect to finish at 140 degrees on my Thermapen
