Left Overs - Done!

OK, so between my previous cooks where the wife has given me enough food to cook to feed an Army and it's just the two of us, I think I am at the point where I can start Eggin' again. SWMBO said I have to finish the leftovers before I can cook something else. I think I've ate chicken and pork for the last 3 weeks. Time for something new and different..

The questions is... What will it be.. Pizza, Meatloaf, Steaks, Ribs.. what to do, what to do...

  • How about bbq pizza with pulled pork and bacon? That kinda hits a couple at the same time!

That would be awesome actually. But that also means I would have to cook more pork before I could make the pizza.

I saw a Pizza Hut commercial the other day advertising a bacon & cheese stuffed crust and thought to myself.. Hmmm.. I wonder if I could do that :)
  • I put a couple small freezer bags of pulled pork away just for pizzas. We recreated this and it's our favorite. BBQ sauce, pulled pork, hickory smoked bacon, red onion, mozzarella cheese and cilantro.( the original also had ham and sausage on it)

@RiverDoc - I didn't even think about that. We have a commercial freezer in my garage where we keep frozen meats. Sounds like we can start using that instead of the Queen making me eat all the left-overs until they are gone.

Thanks for the idea!!!!! I mean that seriously BTW
