    Yes sir. That is the lump cast iron grid out of my large. I use it as a semi-indirect piece for my mini cooks.

    It works pretty good for me thus far. Just run a little lower temp than you would run using a stone and all is good.

    I think for the weekend I'm going to fry some flounder and shrimp. I'm going to trial run one more hot and fast brisket before the brisket camp. I will probably throw some ribs on as well while the smoker is hot. Enjoy your weekend brother John.
