So I've been scared to make fish tacos. After reading many posts and listening to much advise I took the leap. Not the best looking but they were fantastic and enjoyed by all. I want to thank all the forum members for such great posts and advice that help guide newbies like myself.

Great job. I love the idea of cooking the fish on the lemons. I have seen it many times the other way around but not this one.XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!Joe- Strongsville, OH

@jcaspary the lemon idea is something I saw here I wish I could give credit but I don't remember who posted it. It works great , prevents the fish from burning as well as prevents the fish from falling through the cooking grate-Todd

@DMW was the one I saw use the lemon/lime trick first. I'm sure others have did it as well. But he is who I copied.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.
