USDA prime beef

Here is a pic of today's usda prime score from Safeway. I asked the meat department fella and he said thee just started carrying prime beef. I figured for the price I would give it a try. I plan to cook them tomorrow night.

Don't think they will reel me in for that price. Besides in the next two week I will be taking delivery of a 1/4 of a cow. That normally holds me over for 8-10 months. So the only way I plan to buy again is if they are marked down. I can't wait to cook them tonight.
