Swordfish, Wahoo, & Ribeye

Grilled up some Swordfish and Wahoo (a,k,a Ono) for the Mrs and MIL for lunch yesterday. Marinade was from an Ina Garten recipe for "Indonesian Grilled Swordfish" (http://www.foodnetwork.com/recipes/ina-garten/indonesian-grilled-swordfish-recipe.html) that had a 5 star rating. Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos It smelled incredible while cooking on the Small Egg & grill grate but ultimately the flavor wasn't that pronounced despite a 4 hr marinade. Both the Mrs & MIL preferred the swordfish over the wahoo.

Then threw on a Ribeye from Estancia Beef for me. Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos It was a nice steak and a good lunch. Can't say I'd buy them often as it was a pretty pricey ribeye.

Thanks! I wouldn't have thought of Raising the Steaks for anything other than beef. I'll have to keep that in mind!
