I can't think of a better place to come than here! We are doing our roof here in a couple weeks and considering I'm a chicken **** I will not be up on the roof. So on that note I will be grilling and drinking beer while others are up there! Rough I know! However here is my dilemma...
I went out and bought two separate pork butts one is 7 LBS the other is 3 LBS or somewhere around there...
My brother keeps showing me up on smoking butts...I'm looking for some homemade rub suggestions and some sauce suggestions along with how I should cook it. I'm good at smoking them I've done it many times just looking to make it a bit better!
Any tips greatly appreciated!

I would suggest that you start with two cuts of meat roughly the same size. Maybe it doesn't matter, but intuitively that's where I would start.Flint, Michigan

Thanks @bearBGE
I'm no expert, that just what I do and people seem to really like it. I lightly sauce it after pulling with some Famous Dave's Devil Spit sauce.MSV Chill Spot
