We were at the store earlier and they had half chickens on sale. So I decided that we would have "spatchcocked chicken" since we have not had it in a while. It was pretty easy since they were already halved. Added some butternut squash and red peppers from the neighbors garden for our vegetable. Here are some pics. It was yummy. imageimageimageimage

    Also the piece of chicken on the right had a store bought coffee rub. It was great. I can't wait to make a batch of Micky's coffee rub to try as I may now be hooked on it.

    Outstanding looking meal my friend. That shot of everything on the egg together made my mouth water! I love grilled peppers and squash. I love grilled chicken as well. Awesomeness personified my friend. Excellent cook!

    I have to say the red peppers grilled are yummy. I ate all of them. Next time when I go over to my neighbors garden I plan to pick many more. I could have just eaten them.

    I concur. Peppers are outstanding fire roasted. No question of it. Again that all looks excellent my friend.
