It hit the BGE at 11:15, should pull by 7 PM. I will post pics then and tell you how it turned out.


A big THANKS to SGH and R2EGG2Q and Ladeback69 for all the suggestions, you guys were SPOT ON. Temp was achieved and holding with minimal adjustments since it has gone on.
