Anybody used this before? I bought some for the Turkey smoke tonight. Hopefully the flavors mesh well with my brine.

I did spatchcocked yardbirds with it last week with some Apple wood and got rave reviews.We just started getting DP rubs here so I'm looking forward to trying them all1 LBGE in Chapel Hill, NC

Yeah I paid over $10 bucks for it and then got home and realized that there was a sticker on it that read "best if used by 7/28/14. Oh well. It's just seasoning. Surely it will not kill anybody?LBGE, Paris, KY.

Chris just puts those date stamps on as a guideline for what he feels will give the freshest most potent bang for the spices. Yeah so I hear. I've never cooked any type of fish on my egg yet. That will have to be my next adventure. How long do you guys think I should smoke a 20 lb turkey?LBGE, Paris, KY.
