Holy Hell I freakin NAILED IT!!!

My first brisket that is. This 10lber (14 b4 trimmed). Was done in under 7 hours so I wasn't expecting it to turn out this good. Boy was I wrong! I'll let the pictures tell the rest of the story. I hope you can tell how juicy and tender this thing is. And the taste is phenomenal. Oh and it was wrapped in HDAF and beach towels and in the yeti for 8 hours and measured 140 on the Thermopen just before cutting.

I'm gonna need a good brisket chili recipe if anybody has one.
