Sunday Prep Egging...
hapster
Posts: 7,503
This week promises to be a little busy before the holiday weekend next week; so I am going to take advantage of the nice weather and get some prep egging in today.
Boneless chicken breasts, mild & hot Italian pork sausages, a pizza (store made bake at home), and some grilled watermelon.
We'll use the chicken and sausages for lunches and dinners this week with salads and sides.
Going to listen to the Tigers hopefully put together a decent 9 innings for a win; have a stick or two, and maybe an adult beverage as well.
Have a great Sunday everyone!

Sounds like a good plan. Just finished the yard work. Want to cook something good but don't know yet and running out of time if it's a longer cook. Will float in the pool soon with a stick and some beverages.

Looking good thus far hap. Let me know if you like the grilled watermelon. I tried one on the mini a few days back and it flopped. Share your technique please if it turns out good. Thanks

Watermelon I'll give a 6/10... Just olive oil before grilling and sea salt and pepper when it finished.
Sipping some Titos and green tea while I wait to put the pizza on. Prep cooking is finished.

Yes, it was done on the egg, raised up in the dome on the Woo3 and Woo Extender. The pie was a premade bake at home that I got Wegmans
