Mini cook for brother SGH

Its been quiet here lately and despite doing this cook before I did it again so I'll post. There have been some new mini owners coming on board.
3.5lb corned beef soaked and water switched Twice over 2 days. Coated in pepper and coriander.
Loaded the mini with coconut charcoal from William Sonoma that is on sale dirt cheap.
5 hr's later done, pulled at 175 since I didn't want to stay up late and it turned out fine.

Rock that mini brother SGH , she will be good to you.

    First let me say thank you and that I'm honored my friend. Sorry I haven't been posting much as of late but I have been tied up with some required safety training. I will be back in full force on September 1. Your food looks excellent to say the least. I have really enjoyed the mini thus far. Wish I would have bought one years ago. Your cooking skills and use of the mini easily earns the SGH seal of approval my friend. Way to show case the mini. Excellent looking food and pics. Solid all around brother skinny. =D> =D> =D>

    What "brand" coconut coal is that if I may ask? Never saw any that looked quite like that above.

    Afire kokonut charcoal. William Sonoma was clearing out @ $4 per 4.5lb box.
    That little stack gave me 6 hours easily @275 degrees, maybe 13-15 pieces.
    I was pleased with it especially for mini cooks. Looks like its all out of stock now.
    I have 6 boxes to go on deck.

    I have said this before. Have the three Eggs. 2 Large and The Mini. If I could only have one Egg the decision would be easy. The Mini would be kept every time.

    For over 1 year it was, then I knew I would use large justifying the $ and went to an egg fest. Now have 2 (lg & mini).

    I've been known to whip up a large cook

    Awesome =D>

    Is that a floatation device in the pic above? If it is, I don't think it's gonna save your egg.

    That is the same combo that I have. A large & mini. I bought the large first and just recently added the mini. Again way to show case the mini my friend. Those large cooks are impressive themselves. Can't wait to be back home and cooking on my eggs!!
