    I picked up a used small green egg a week ago. My cap isn't a dual function top and it's inside diameter is 5 1/4 inches. The chimney diameter is 4 1/4 inches???

    Large BGE, Small BGE, KJ Jr, and a Cracked Vision Kub.

    @SmyrnaGA‌ yep. Your's is the same as mine. I'm pretty sure the DFMT they ordered me was just the wrong size. I probably don't need it, anyway, but I wanted one just to "upgrade". Wish smokeware made a top for the small. I'd just go that route.

    I'm not home right now and this is not quite the measurement you are looking for but it's something you can measure on your new DFMT to confirm its size.
