Ocean to Plate...Fresh Triggerfish Tacos...PIC HEAVY

Went fishing this past weekend and finally got around to whipping up some triggerfish tacos with jalapeño slaw and sriracha mayo. Sides of asparagus and onion rings...Sorry we didn't get too many pictures while fishing, we were busy!! DP Fajita-ish on the fish...AWESOME! (Blackened on the egg and skillet, then chopped medium to serve.)

As far as I'm concerned, trigger is one of the best fish in salt water. Hell to clean but fine eating. Good job nice pics

looks great. never thought to eat one, used to catch them with flies out on the flats around abaco, i think they were queen triggerfish
