@SGH...used his recipe. Minus about 1.5 lbs of bacon. 5lbs of loaf...6 strips of bacon...homemade taters and finally cheese. It was a show stopper. Fed 10 folks and not an ounce left. Should've used more bacon. I cooked it hotter though to speed it up. 350 to 400 degrees to an IT of 150. It was perfect. Thanks y'all. Sorry no finish pics. The bourbon and the crowd made me forget.
Fish, Hunt, Cook....anything else?

    Looks good to me.  I tried the same thing this week.  Also wasn't able to get the after pics.  Wish I had the drank the bourbon to excuse not being able to get the pictures.   I just wasn't able to fend off the hungry wolves.

    XL BGE, LG BGE, and a hunger to grill everything in sight!!!
