That is some mighty fine looking steaks there. I could go for 3 or 4 of them myself about now. Excellent job my friend.

SAMs has excellent meat. Or the one in my area does. I buy a lot of primals from SAMs. No problems to date. Again the steaks look excellent.

@SGH , the Rockwood seemed to heat up a little quicker.... Nice chunks of charcoal and it seems really good. The taste of the food was real good.. What I have been using is a brown bag from my dealer at $29 for 22 lbs. that also is great stuff - it may be Fogo...This deal of the Rockwood and Ozark is a much better deal and is as good or better. I know I wouldn't use cheaper because the taste is what matters to me.
