Well mama is out of town for the rest of the week so I'm flying solo. Tonight Kansas City style country ribs with mixed veggies and applesauce. I'll add cooked pics later.

@ladeback69 that Kansas City rub is very good and leaves a nice crust on the ribs. Here you go, Rubbed in mustard and a heavy coating of Kansas City rub cooked 250* indirect for an hour, pulled and went direct. Cranked it up and then threw them back on for 3 minutes a side. Pulled and let stand while the potatoes and onions were finishing up. Hope it meets up to your standards...The Gator Nation, Central FloridaLARGE & MINI Life is good...GO GATORS!!!
