Chicken Wing Lollipops (marinade»»» molasses, dark agave, bad byrons butt rub, kosher salt and coarse black pepper), fresh pineapple, tri colored julienned bell peppers salad (with EVOO kosher salt, course black pepper and dark blue agave). Indirect 275℉ on the lollipops and pineapple.

Dessert»»»I followed a recipe that I found to be meh. But, no worries. I'm not discouraged. I'll make more attempts with different recipes.
In season GA peaches pitted and quartered, grilled indirect at 375℉-400℉ for grill marks, pulled marinated in sugar, brandy and fresh squeezed lemon juice. Let marinade for 15 minutes. Put into glass cups, poured in white wine and topped with whipped mascarpone & vanilla extract.

@DMW I posted a YouTube link that I really liked. Yes, there is definitely some prep that went into this. But, the payoff was incredible.
This is what I found to be the best method.

I am highly impressed with that meal, looks wonderful. I am intrigued with your table as well, I have been kinda designing something in my head very similar from s.s. Did you caulk or is that fit as tight as it looks? Very nice by the way

@anton Thanks! The base is caulked w/ a clear high temp silicone from Rutland. There was an approximate 1/8"+ gap. It allows for expansion of the base w/out worry of pressure from egg to table causing cracks during high temp cooks (pizza, steak searing, etc).LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL

Man those look great. Nice touch on foiling the "handles"
. Next time try wrapping a couple in bacon! Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg. -
Just kidding.
Looks great and labor intensive. It'd take me 30 minutes to do what that guy did in that 1 minute video you posted. Steven

These wing lol lollies are my new fave, I stuffed them with ham and swiss, so awesome, time consuming prep though.
