Mid year reviews are done and submitted!!!
To celebrate this, I decided to do a fancy / healthy cook tonight... Jumbo shrimp (13-15count) with grilled peaches on a bed of mixed greens tossed with a pear raspberry vinaigrette...
First up, just for fun I'm going to smoke a boneless turkey breast just because and it's thawed out already.
