      Asked my rep about it. He was completely honest in saying if he gave a date he would be lying. Said if he had to guess it would arrive before the end of this year. (2014!!) ;-)

      Wow just got word from my dealer the plant in Mexico has been overtaken by killer bees so they have scraped the mini max indefinitely

      I don't think anyone has a clue. A friend texted me from a big local dealer to see if I needed anything and I told him to ask when the mini max would be in. They told him they will have them end of next week.

      @lit that would be oh so sweet. But, my personal conversation with rep at MS sounds like the end of this month or Sept. We'll see I guess.

      Hmmm, that is well into the tailgating season for colleges isn't it? There has to be something that isn't being told. They announced it in April and November will be 7 months of lead time which is ample time to at least get some into the distribution pipeline. Creating hype and demand works for some companies so maybe that is the strategy being used by the Mothership.

      I was also told 2 to 4 month's for my xxl and 3 weeks later it was delivered.

      @badinfluence. You got your xxl in 3 weeks but that was still 6 months after they were supposed to be available. I can go get an xxl in several local shops tomorrow if i want but even the retail store doesnt have any mini max.The xxl was hype for like a year or even more and kept getting pushed back. I didn't ask for a name when I called but I asked if they had any available to buy and when they said no I asked when and he said Nov 1st and then kinda caught himself so he wasn't stuck with the date and said hopefully. I bet its 2015.

      In the tech world this is called Vapor-Ware until it hits the streets. The mass speculation is it's own advertising....they often milk that "buzz" as long as possible for maximum impact. Marketing 101.
      When I'm not Eggin', I'm scootin'   Eggin' and 'cueing from Temecula Ca; an hour from San Diego, an hour and five minutes from Palm Springs, and an hour and a half from Los Angeles (yeah, right. With THAT traffic?)
