Looks like a winner to me. I like to mix a little fresh ground pork with the turkey. Makes a excellent burger as well. Solid cook.

What is going on with all this turkey burger stuff? I must be missing something. I've been living by the motto of "High cholesterol means the Dr. needs to increase my statins."
I wish everybody would quit showing these burgers in a good light. I might get corrupted.

It's against every cardinal Husker rule to make let alone consume said Turkey Burgers. But, after making them myself I can make an exception to this unwritten rule B-)

Thanks everyone. I added an egg, panko and aged balsamic vinegar. I didn't use any seasoning but, hoped the bv would do the job. It was great. The first thing Sher-bear asked was about the different flavor. She raved all night.
    Thanks again.

Ground turkey is for vegetarians......but like Mickey said - looks good.

Looks great man.  I have to make these for my wife sometime.  She loves turkey burgers when we go out but for some reason we only have beef at home.  I like the idea of the meex-ins of the feexins.

Which came first the chicken or the egg?  I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.

Yes. They are hard to handle. Very mushy bit, I've done it.

I've done the turkey ones and stuffed with spinach and feta. Told my wife we are eating healthy, she laughed and told me to keep dreaming.
