Chicken Tostadas

Chicken Tostadas using leftover spatchcock chicken. 
The chicken was cubed up and seasoned with Fajita-ish from Dizzy Pig. 
Indirect at 400* til the corn tortillas crisp up.
Then top with re-fried beans, chicken, and grated cheese and back on until the cheese is melted and beans are warmed up. 
Topped with lettuce, tomato, and fresh salsa. The salsa was "Restaurant Salsa" from Pioneer Woman. SWMBO made the salsa.
Dang good for leftovers. I've been trying to come up with ways to transform leftovers and this was just too darn simple not to share.

SWMBO also added sour cream to hers, I'm just not a sour cream fan.
