Hanger Steak, King Salmon, Pork Chops

Here's a couple of recent cooks on the Mini.

Hanger steak (a.k.a. Hanging Tender or Butcher's Steak) Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos

Marinated one half of it for a few hours in Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce and reverse seared it on the Mini over a little wine infused oak: Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos While the steak rested (before slicing it), I cooked a little cedar planked king salmon for Mrs. R2: Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos Photobucket Pictures, Images and Photos
