Hanger Steak, King Salmon, Pork Chops

Here's a couple of recent cooks on the Mini.
Hanger steak (a.k.a. Hanging Tender or Butcher's Steak)
Trimmed it and removed that inedible thick membrane in the center:
Marinated one half of it for a few hours in Mr. Yoshida's Original Gourmet Sauce and reverse seared it on the Mini over a little wine infused oak:
While the steak rested (before slicing it), I cooked a little cedar planked king salmon for Mrs. R2:
Also cooked some simple pork chops that were also cooked on the Mini the other day:
