Did a spatchcock chicken and grilled stuffed portabellos with pesto sun dried tomatoes

Rubbed the chicken with raging river Will go back to tsunami spin next time I like the flavor better.

Even my 13 yo niece that doesn't like mushrooms ate most of one

Sorry about the pic forgot to take till it was being scarfed down

And it doesn't matter how I take the pic it's always sideways
