Really nice work @Brisket_fanatic... would love to see what the bad boy looked like before it went on. Many folks have said one of the real determining factors with Brisket (as long as you use proper methods) is what you start with. Looking at your result I am sure that both your technique and the meat played a role. That brisket looks mouth watering.Nice work!!!Long Island, NY

@radamo Thanks - forgot to take a pic before hand but even the fat on the backside has a different texture than normal CAB briskets I buy. It was very flexible and I removed all hard fat and silver skin. Probably threw away about 5 to 10 bucks in the trash

You got a great buy on that. I saw Angus at Restaurant Depot the other day for $4.24... The choice was $3 and change. They did not have prime.Long Island, NY

@radamo Six months ago the price was 2.49 for prime and 2.39 for choice. Restaurant Depot in Minneapolis CAB was 3.34 on June 6 2014
