Today's first time tri-tip

Went to Costco and picked up some tri-tip. The seasoning that was used I picked up from the SoCal Eggfest we had here recently. Did it indirect on my MBGE. I put the CI grid on the fire ring and then the Woo with pizza stone on top of that. Figured that CI would be pre heated and ready to go for the reverse sear after I removed the rig. Pulled it around 118* the seared it on the CI grid for 90 seconds a side. Didn't get a final temp, but it came out great!!
