You can see them in there. They were delicious. I'll be doing These again and again and again....
Pesto mixed with sun dries tomatoes, panko bread crumbs, grated parm, two slices of pepperoni and some mozzerlla to top it off. Sooooo good.

My wife isn't a fan of shrooms and Elise only likes the ones I do simmered and reduced in red wine, butter, with some smoked peck.
