Wagyu + Grassfed Burger!

This one was a little tasty for sure!! 

Let's start with some Oregon raised, 30-day, dry aged, GRASS FED Wagyu and add a little more grass fed ground beef and create a little slice of heaven. 
:D


Topped with some 4-year aged white cheddar. Finished on the stove with a lid (and a tiny bit of water) for added steam, and finished with my heat gun. Melting this cheese was a chore. But worth it!
