A guide for knowing how many burgers, dogs, etc for a barbeque?

I'm hosting a July 4th shindig and will be cooking burgers and dogs on the Kettle and BB ribs on the Egg, in addition to sides. Is there a rule of thumb for how much food to buy/cook? I've been looking on the net with no success. I probably don't have the right search terms? Anyway, since many of you love to cook for others, is there such a reference item? I'm looking to probably have between 10-12 adults and 13-15 kids, most of them young teenagers.
