Looks awesome! Did you pre or par cook anything or just wrap and grill? I do asparagus all the time on the grill but just wondered if one was done before the other. Any seasoning beyond S&P?

I just wrapped a few in a piece of bacon and dusted with Plowboys Yard bird seasoning. I cooked until bacon was done and all turned out great. They all finished about the same time. No pan. I cooked the Steak direct at about 500-550 to get the sear. Cooking a thicker steak gives you a lot of leeway and allowed me to give it time to crust. Thermapen as always was a big help to ensure proper temps. ThanksPhilly35 said:How did you get that sear on the steak? Cast iron pan? -
