I probably could have trimmed @SGH . But bought the most uniform pre cut slab I could find. Time crunch this morning.

@fusionhq
Nothing wrong with buying precut my friend. Saves a lot of time and headache when in a rush.Location- Just "this side" of Biloxi, Ms.

@fusionhq that looks like a pretty nice weather app, care to share the name of it? I've been looking for a decent radar map... I find that weather.com is slow these daysLarge BGE - McDonald, PA

Yep that it does (it just comes with the territory this time of year). Fortunately, my Son and I, just returned from fishing. We did get hit by two or three systems but, it was a great day. No egging for us today. My wife is cooking today. Now that I'm cleaned up and unfishyfusionhq said:Egging in Florida haas it's ups and downs. Right, @NPHuskerFL

Thanks @anzyegg, we didn't keep any of those fish. Practiced catch and release on them. The kids had an awesome time just hooking and reeling them.
@NPHuskerFL we will get something together. -

I used a neighbors tent like this yesterday to cook my whole beef tenderloin in the rain. It was harder to put it up then cooking the tenderloin. I am looking at getting one for myself now.XL, WSM, Coleman Road Trip Gas GrillKansas City, Mo. -
Bend test just broke.
-
@fusionhq for future ref use a toothpick to tell for rib doneness. Insert toothpick and pokes in & out easy they're good. The bend test is ok but, even on a good set they can "fail" the bend test. Most important test. Is....taste and texture. Not dry. Etc. That's the tell all. IMHO.LBGE 2013 & MM 2014Die Hard HUSKER & BRONCO FANFlying Low & Slow in "Da Burg" FL
