Got the XL all ready to go. Beer is icing and meat marinating. Gonna break it in with some kabobs. Steak, chicken, and pork kabobs each marinated differently. Being a perfectionist this thing has been driving me nuts for the last hour. I want the lid to align with the bottom perfectly. Gaskets seats good but one side over hangs some as if the top is not round or something. Any tips or is this normal?
