Pit Beef - tried something new

First day of summer seemed like a great day for a Baltimore Pit Beef sandwich.  I was getting ready to lower a grid down near the coals, and remembered @Hapster doing a caveman style rib eye for Father's Day.  Saw all the glowing coals and figured, lets give it a try.  About a 3 pound piece of Bottom Round, seasoned with S/P and Garlic.  Seared a couple minutes on all sides, direct on the hot coals.  then moved to indirect at 450 until 220 IT.  Sliced thin across the grain.  A little Tiger Sauce and some fresh Kaiser rolls, and it made for a great sandwich.  A little hot sausage and honey for an app was a nice addition.
