So my wife has 67 or so days into her lifestyle change with lots of forward progress and I couldn't be more proud of my beautiful wife. This was a simple meal with grilled chicken breast (don't recall if it was from a Spatchcock or from grilled loins). She put this together and it rocked! 331 Calories Grilled chicken, strawberries, almonds, avocado. Parmasean cheese, mixed greens, balsamic vinegar as dressing I dubbed her @HuskerMaMa (maybe I can convince her to get on the forum ;-) ). Lolimageimage

    Keep posting what MaMa is eating! It looks as good or better than anything else on here and much healthier than much of it!! I have to watch the parm, but there's so little of it, it would be fine. That. Looks. Mahvelous.

    I hate it when I go to the kitchen for food and all I find are ingredients!

    Looks like a winner to me. The only problem is I would eat 3 or 4 plates of it so the low calories wouldn't benefit me very much!! Looks awesome my friend!

    I actually had a plate the same size and I got full. The flavor was awesome and it was hard to believe it was that healthy with as good as it tasted. :-)

    Thanks @BuckeyeBob‌ thanks I'll pass it along to HuskerMaMa. She'll appreciate it. I told her the plating was well played.
    That same day she took the leftover brisky and made me some brisky chili. I ate the salad that day and then the next two days ate the brisky chili (no pics but, I assure you she nailed it). :-D

    I'm a man of large appetite brother husker. I assure you I could and would eat 3 or 4 plates of that as good as it looks! Eating is one of only two bad habits that I have. I don't intend on kicking the bad eating habit this late in life. I love to eat brother!! It don't look like I'm going to kick the other one either!

    That looks very tasty indeed. And kudos for it being healthy. That is often hard to pull off and still have something delicious.

    My wife officially has her own handle. @HuskerMaMa‌ but, she has explained to me she couldn't comment or post anything. I just looked and she's right. Says you don't have permission for that. I don't recall this problem when I signed up. Any tips or advice I could help her with? Thanks.
    The other question is...her food tends to be made from partially egged food so is that OT? She normally does the indoor cooking and I do the egging.

    Her account must be "activated" by a humanoid in the mother ship.  This can take a day or a month - there's no rhyme or reason to when they do it.

    You can put anything egghead related in the egghead forum, as far as I'm concerned.
